Our real-time project management software (Monday™) offers total transparency, allowing you to monitor every phase of your construction online from anywhere in the world, ensuring deadlines are met.

If we don’t deliver your home within 180 days from the construction permit issuance, and you have followed the agreed payment schedule without external delays beyond our control, we will waive our administrative percentage for any expenses incurred after that date. Your investment is secure—no excuses, just guaranteed results.
